From March 23rd to 27th, San Mateo County schools will celebrate our everyday heroes in reflective vests during Crossing Guard Appreciation Week proudly sponsored by SMCOE Safe Routes to School. Crossing guards are an integral and necessary part of our school communities. Their commitment to pedestrian and traffic safety, help our students and families worry less about safety and put student’s focus in the classroom!
